Over the years that we had the privilege to send our children to the Jesoide Hatoire, we have witnessed constant, renewed investments in the development and spiritual growth of the talmidim. Recently you have developed an outstanding project for learning the Taryag Mitzves. The beautiful booklets, wonderful graphical video's for each mitzveh, along with the excitement around the whole project, resulted in an overwhelming success! There's not one child in the school whom I will ask about any of the mitzves learned, that will not answer me with great detail and most importantly lots of positive energy. It is difficult for us to express in words what a special environment this created in our home. Our children were breathing and inhaling the mitzves, constantly eager for the next mitzveh to come. It created an atmosphere of simcha and spiritual peaks. May Hashem give you all the koach and siyate dishmaye to continue in your wonderful avoidas hakoidesh for many more happy & healthy years.
a profound effect
The project "Yaldei Taryag" has had a profound effect on my kids and my shabbos table. At present, I can just call out a number from 1 to 50 and my kids can tell me immediately which mitzva and many details about it. When it came Pesach we had so much to talk about because they knew all the mitzvos in detail about chametz, matzah and korban Pesach. They have learned many new concepts on the way and they are so eager to learn more and more and are excited to follow the program. Rabbi Damen has run the program in such a way where they get to review with lots of cheshek. with deep appreciation. thank you
a complete different level
“Yaldei Taryag” is a revolutionary project which gives our children the knowledge in the 613 Mitzvos on a complete different level! We can’t thank enough the principal Harav Damen and the teachers for making this a reality. Our boys are so excited for the second year!
